ICT Trainer

ICT Trainer needed in Lincoln Paying £17.97 per hour

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Deliver engaging ICT training sessions to staff and users at all levels.
• Develop and maintain training materials, lesson plans, and learning resources.
• Update training content to reflect system upgrades, procedural changes, and legislative requirements.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to continuously improve training delivery.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify learning requirements and inform training programmes.
• Assess learner performance and provide feedback to ensure required competency levels are achieved.
• Promote awareness of Data Protection, Information Security, Computer Misuse, and health and safety responsibilities.
• Support learners throughout their training journey, addressing individual needs and concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Manage course administration and maintain accurate training records.
• Travel to various locations as required to deliver training and attend meetings or events.
