GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic Aspiring Teachers to work in schools across Lincoln.

You’ll gain valuable experience working as a:

• Teaching Assistant
• Cover Supervisor

• Support students in lessons on a one‑to‑one basis and in small groups
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation
• Encourage student engagement and positive behaviour
• Build confidence and communication skills within a school environment
