Barnes Wallis Academy is seeking a dedicated Pastoral and Behaviour Support professional to join our team. The role involves working with senior leaders, staff, families and external agencies to support wellbeing, behaviour, attendance and inclusion of students.
You will provide practical and emotional support and coordinate interventions to foster a safe, inclusive school community. The position is 7 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum, permanent, with salary at NJC
09 FTE (£27,254) pro‑rata to
