Are you an enthusiastic Humanities Teacher seeking a new opportunity for September 2026? We are working with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Lincoln and are looking to appoint a dedicated Humanities Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative department and make a positive impact across a range of Humanities subjects.

The role will primarily involve teaching History, Geography and/or Religious Studies across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will play a key role in developing students' understanding of historical and global perspectives, while encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and engagement in learning.

The successful candidate will
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Have experience teaching at least one Humanities subject at secondary level
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for Humanities
  • Be committed to raising attainment and supporting student progress
  • Possess excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Be able to engage and motivate learners of all abilities
