The University of Lincoln is seeking an exceptional Deputy Head of School with proven higher education academic leadership experience to help shape the future of the School of Health and Care Sciences and support the University’s ambition to become a top 40 UK university.

Working with the School Leadership Team, the post holder will help deliver the School’s vision and strategy, supporting growth, innovation, quality enhancement, professional accreditation, regulatory compliance, and sector-leading provision.

The role requires strong engagement with health and care partners, and a clear understanding of regional and national healthcare priorities and workforce agendas. You will provide strategic oversight across areas such as quality assurance, teaching and learning, interprofessional education, and wider cross-School initiatives.

We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative leader who is an outstanding educationalist, innovative thinker, and effective people developer, with a strong record of pedagogic leadership and measurable impact on student experience, graduate outcomes, and workforce development.
