Salary: £130 - £180 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work in secondary schools across Lincoln
. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers who are looking for flexible work, whether you want to teach a few days a week or are seeking regular supply assignments.

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring continuity of learning while maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Ensure students remain engaged and complete the work set
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and subject areas
• Provide feedback to teaching staff following each lesson
• Follow safeguarding and school procedures at all times

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
• The ability to quickly build positive relationships with students and staff
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
