Clarence Recruitment is working in partnership with a thriving secondary school in Lincoln to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Geography for a full‑time position starting in the new academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Geography Teacher or an ambitious ECT looking to join a supportive Humanities department where high‑quality teaching and learning are at the heart of everything they do.

The successful candidate will inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, developing their understanding of the world around them while fostering curiosity about physical and human geography, sustainability, and global issues.

The Role
  • Deliver engaging and inspiring Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes achievement and progress
  • Monitor and assess student attainment, providing effective feedback and support
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students
  • Contribute to the continued development of the Geography curriculum
  • Support the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and events
We Are Looking For Someone Who
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is currently completing teacher training (ECTs welcome)
  • Has excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Geography
  • Can motivate and inspire students of varying abilities
  • Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Is committed to delivering high‑quality teaching and learning
  • Has high expectations for student achievement and personal development
  • Works collaboratively as part of a supportive and successful team
