Job Overview
Join our team as a Dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and help them thrive academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one‑on‑one support to students with SEN, fostering learning and development.
- Assist the class teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting materials to accommodate various learning styles.
- Create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, promoting confidence and independence among students.
- Collaborate with staff members, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student's progress.
- Experience working with children with SEN is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward supporting diverse learning needs.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN desirable.
