Early Careers Teacher; ECT

About the role

Justteachers are currently looking for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking to start their teaching career this September. As a teaching recruitment agency, we can offer you day to day, long-term and permanent roles. We work in partnership with a number of Lincoln and surrounding Primary schools where you will be able to support and teach in to gain further experience.

As an agency we endeavour to work with you and your preferences to find you the right work and contracts.

• Covering supply on a daily or long-term basis, building your own teaching experience
• Work well in a team to deliver the best outcomes for your students
• Ensure a safe and fun learning environment
• Follow the school’s behaviour management policy and enforce when required

• References to be applied for from your most recent placement school and university
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Relevant teaching qualification (QTS)
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
