Are you a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher looking for an exciting teaching opportunity in Lincoln? Clarence Recruitment is working in partnership with a friendly and well‑respected primary school in Lincoln to recruit an enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher for the new academic term. The Role- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stage 2.
- Plan and prepare creative learning experiences that meet the needs of all pupils.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support pupils in achieving strong progress across the primary curriculum.
- Assess, track and monitor attainment, providing effective feedback and intervention where required.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, parents and carers.
- Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance and achievement.
- Adapt teaching strategies to support differing learning styles and individual needs.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school community.
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum.
- Possesses excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
- Has a passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
- Can create engaging and challenging learning opportunities.
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Is enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to delivering high‑quality education.
- Shares a genuine commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
