We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lecturer in Electrical and Mechanical Apprenticeships to join our team and help shape the future workforce.

In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across a range of apprenticeship programmes, including Electrical and Mechanical Fitting and Assembly (Mechatronics), EV Charging Point Installation, and Solar PV Installation and Maintenance
.

Through your expertise and enthusiasm, you'll support apprentices to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in industry.

You'll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences, driving curriculum development, and building strong relationships with employers to ensure training remains relevant and industry-focused. As part of a supportive and collaborative college community, you'll also lead apprentices through mock AM2 assessments
, preparing them to achieve their full potential.
