Clarence Recruitment is working in partnership with a successful and supportive secondary school in Lincoln to recruit an enthusiastic Teacher of ICT for a rolling contract commencing in September. This is an excellent opportunity to teach ICT across Key Stage 3 and GCSE, helping students develop the digital knowledge, technical skills and confidence required in today's technology-driven world.

- Deliver engaging and inspiring ICT lessons across KS3 and GCSE.
- Motivate students to develop their understanding of digital technologies, computing and online safety.
- Plan, prepare and assess high-quality lessons that support excellent student progress.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils of varying abilities.
- Monitor achievement and provide effective interventions where required.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and achievement.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, learning and student engagement.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the department and school community.
- Encourage students to explore future pathways in technology, computing and digital careers.
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching ICT within a secondary school setting.
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge across KS3 and GCSE ICT.
- Possesses excellent classroom management and relationship-building skills.
- Can inspire, challenge and motivate students to achieve their potential.
- Has strong organisational, communication and assessment skills.
- Is committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for young people.
