Vision for Education Lincolnshire is hosting a series of Summer Recruitment Open Days across Lincolnshire, giving you the opportunity to meet our friendly team and find out more about the exciting opportunities available in education
Whether you're an experienced Teacher, Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, Nursery Practitioner, Early Career Teacher (ECT), Education Support Worker, or you're looking to take your first step into a career in education, we'd love to meet you
Our Open Days are an informal opportunity to discuss flexible supply work, long-term placements and permanent opportunities within local primary, secondary and SEND schools. No appointment is required - simply drop in at a time that suits you between 9:00am and 3:00pm.

Requirements
To be considered for work with Vision for Education, you will:
- Havea passion for supporting children andyoung people intheir education and development.
- Hold relevant qualification sand/or experience for the roleyou are interested in, or have transferable skills froma related background.
- Demonstrate excellent communicationandinterpersonal skills.
- Be adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic, withthe flexibility towork across arange of primary, secondary and SEND settings.
- Be committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism, safeguarding and teaching and learning.
- Hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBScheck registered to the Update Service.
- Be able toprovide suitable references covering your employment and/or education history.
Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. We take our responsibilities extremely seriously. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
