Contract Length: 6 months (with long-term potential)
Hourly Rate: £20.79 per hour PAYE
Working Pattern: Full Time (37 hours/week)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and innovate within early career development programmes, including apprenticeships, internships, and graduate schemes!

What You'll Do:
As a Senior Skills and Education Co-ordinator, you will:

• Design and deliver high-quality training programmes compliant with Ofsted and DfE regulations.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to create pathways for aspiring engineers.
• Support the Skills and Education Manager and act as a second nominee for Ofsted inspections.
• Facilitate the development of apprentices, ensuring adherence to apprenticeship standards and end-point assessments.
• Provide guidance on talent training and upskilling initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Safeguarding/Prevent policies while fostering a safe learning environment.
