The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an important part in creating a positive and engaging learning environment. You'll work alongside class teachers to support pupils with their learning, encourage confidence, and help every child reach their potential.

Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting teaching and learning in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 classrooms.
Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and participation.
Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Assisting with classroom preparation and daily activities.
Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs where required.

What We are Looking For

Educators who:

Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
Hold a Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
Have a caring, patient, and positive approach.
Communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team.
Are reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners.
