We are seeking a compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our inclusive learning environment, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs, ensuring they receive the tailored assistance they deserve to thrive academically and personally.

• Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, fostering their learning and development.
• Assist the class teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting materials to accommodate various learning styles.
• Create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, promoting confidence and independence among students.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student's progress.

• Experience working with children with SEN is preferred, but not essential. Passion and willingness to learn are valued!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting diverse learning needs.
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable).
