Are you looking for a rewarding and flexible role supporting young people at a vibrant, growing secondary school? The Deepings School, at the heart of The Deepings community in South Lincolnshire, is seeking Exam Invigilators to join our dedicated team on a casual, term-time basis.
About the Role:As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a vital part in the smooth running of both internal and external examinations. Under the guidance of our experienced Exams Manager, you’ll help ensure examinations are conducted in line with all statutory requirements, supporting students to achieve their very best in a calm and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include:- Supervising students during exams and ensuring exam protocols are followed
- Supporting the Exams Manager in the distribution and collection of exam papers and materials
- Maintaining a secure, fair and supportive exam environment
- Upholding The Deepings School’s values of Kindness, Respect, and Ambition
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- A flexible, adaptable approach and a commitment to safeguarding and supporting young people
