This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful school looking to build on a glowing ISI inspection report and record-breaking exam results. We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and proactive Wellbeing Co-ordinator to support the pastoral and emotional well-being of our pupils. The role will be worked Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, term time only. This role can be worked as a job share for the right candidates.

This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in promoting positive mental health, resilience, and well-being across the school community. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting student wellbeing, safeguarding, and pastoral systems, working closely with Heads of Year, the safeguarding team and senior leaders. This role is ideal for an experienced pastoral professional who is highly organised, data-informed, and passionate about improving outcomes for young people.

Key areas of responsibility include student wellbeing and mental health support, Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead duties, pastoral data (including STEER), first aid provision, and effective communication with families and external agencies.
