We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas

We have a wide range of opportunities available, including general classroom Teaching Assistant roles, 1:1 support, SEND positions, learning support and small-group interventions
.
Whether you are an experienced TA or have transferable experience from childcare, care or support work, we would be keen to hear from you.
RequirementsTo be considered for the position of Teaching Assistant , you will:
- Have experience working with children or young people.
- Be passionate about supporting pupils with their learning and development.
- Be confident working 1:1, with small groups and within a classroom environment.
- Be adaptable and able to work across different school settings.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be patient, caring and consistent in your approach.
- Be able to build positive and professional relationships with pupils and staff.
- Understand the importance of safeguarding and child protection.
- Be reliable and committed to providing high-quality support.
- Hold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check
.
