Astute People is assisting an energy company to recruit a Plant Manager / 11kV SAP for its Biomass site in Lincolnshire. The role offers a salary up to £70,000 plus benefits, with a starter salary of £60,000–£70,000 and the opportunity to lead HV and safety-critical operations.
You will take overall responsibility for safe, compliant operation of the CHP plant, act as SAP for HV switching, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver reliability, efficiency and environmental compliance.
