Service Technician – Water Hygiene Specialist
Location: Field-based, covering Lincolnshire and the surrounding area
Salary: Up to £32k dependent on experience, including a Company Van and Fuel Card
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent | 37.5 hours per week

What we’re looking forWe are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join Veolia Water Technologies and help lead ecological transformation through essential water hygiene services. This is a hands-on, field-based role delivering services that keep clients safe and compliant and protect vital water resources.
Responsibilities- Be the trusted face of Water Technologies at customer sites, completing a variety of water hygiene tasks
- Temperature monitoring, water sampling, shower cleans and descaling
- TMV servicing and cold water storage tank inspections and disinfection
- Assisting with cooling tower cleaning and disinfection
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and industry regulations
- Record and report work using digital tools (Zeta Safe, Word, Excel)
- Build strong client relationships and offer proactive recommendations
- Experience in Legionella control services
- Strong knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG
274 (training desirable if not yet achieved) - Good IT skills and experience with Google apps and email
- Full UK driving licence
- Team player with strong communication and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
- Experience with Zeta mobile app or similar is a plus
