Are you an experienced Engineering manager facing looking to join a rapidly growing, well-established company and want to have strong influence in the company growth and direction?

On offer is an exciting new permanent opportunity for an Engineering manager looking to join a growing company that provides opportunities to progress into an Engineering director/head of role, ongoing training, and a competitive salary of up to 60,000 (higher possible for exceptional candidates).

This company specialises in the manufacture of CNC machined components they also design and manufacture of bespoke machinery, including boilers, shredders, and other industrial equipment, with a strong focus on practical, build-ready engineering solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for around 20 staff overseeing manufacturing operations with a focus on the organisational aspect and growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in manufacturing (welding, machinery, painting) and CAD/CAM knowledge.

The Role:

• Overseeing all manufacturing operations
• Excellent progression

• CAD or CAM Knowledge
• Overseeing the workshop and office staff

The Person:

• Knowledge of cutting, welding, machinery, manufacturing, painting.
• CAD or CAM Knowledge
• EN 1090 knowledge desireable
• Based within a commutable distance of Boston (Lincolnshire)
• Forward thinking and keen to progress
