Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is looking for an Engineering Manager in Lincolnshire to lead engineering and maintenance functions in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical and/or mechanical engineering background, proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
