From day one, you’ll work hands-on with CPQ processes and tools, improving how new unit sales are delivered to customers while boosting efficiency and accuracy. You’ll balance analytical, driven project work with close, collaborative engagement across engineering, R&D, factories, and bid management teams.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Identify improvement opportunities in CPQ workflows, build business cases, align with management, and lead improvement projects end to end.
  • Take ownership of project delivery, including budget setting and minimizing Non-Conformance Costs (NCCs).
  • Support Engineering, R&D, and factories to improve cost estimation accuracy and integrate cost-out and product safety measures into tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to harmonize bid management tools and processes across the organization.
