Join our dynamic team as a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) supporting our SGT business, where your role will be pivotal! Imagine engaging with suppliers daily, leading product qualifications, addressing non-conformances, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uphold the highest quality standards while building strong relationships with our valued suppliers. • Product and Process
  
  Qualifications:
  
  Lead teams to perform Product and Process Qualifications (PPQ), ensuring suppliers adhere to Siemens Energy Quality Management Processes and tools.
• Supplier Involvement and
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Engage with suppliers to resolve process-related issues, including managing and containing non-conformances.
• Supplier Quality Supervision: Oversee supplier quality performance, initiate corrective and preventive actions, and drive quality improvement programs and risk mitigation measures.
• Supplier Qualification and Auditing: Collaborate with a multi‑functional team to assess and audit supplier capabilities, ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy standards.
• Monitoring and Communication: Continuously monitor and report on supplier quality performance, contribute to KPIs, and communicate any risks effectively.

• Technical and Engineering
  
  Experience:
  
  You possess a solid background in Engineering, R&D, or manufacturing, with experience in leading product qualifications (PPAP, APQP, or similar) and managing unexpected supplier quality issues.
• Quality and
  
  Risk Management:
  
  You are proficient in quality methods (5 why, FMEA, 8D, RCA) and risk management, with knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO
  9001) and Supplier Quality Management (SQM).
• Interpersonal and Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate a global environment and manage multi‑problem investigations simultaneously.
• Commitment and Travel: You demonstrate commitment, collaboration, and positivity, with a willingness to travel as part of your role.
