Position: Electronic Reliability Engineer (Graduates / Placements welcome)

Electronic Reliability Engineer

We are looking for an Electronic Reliability Engineer to support development and manufacturing design reliability analysis for all products at Teledyne Energetics UK.

Responsibilities
  • Perform FMECA, FTA & reliability analysis of electronic architecture on development projects.
  • Assess stringent design practices, ensuring conformance of electronic design.
  • Peer‑review electronic schematics, PCBs and discrete electronics.
  • Conduct fault analysis through physical and simulation inspections.
  • Work directly with key stakeholders to determine reliability and safety adherence.
  • Conduct obsolescence reviews for active commodities.
  • Support ongoing asset life cycles.
Requirements
  • Degree/HNC/HND in Electronic Engineering.
  • 1–2 years industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with discrete electronic devices including passives, diodes, transistors, transformers, op‑amps, logic gates, etc.
  • Competent with design software such as CADSTAR, LTSpice.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Competent in assembly of electronic components and testing hardware.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering highly technical documentation.
