This Junior Process Engineer role is based at Doddington Road, Lincoln (LN6 3RA
), working within the Engineering Department to support the analysis, development, and optimisation of manufacturing processes across the site. Youll gain hands-on experience working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Assisting with Time & Motion studies to help establish standard times for manufacturing operations
