Field Service Engineer – South England

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be at the forefront of innovation—working hands‑on with manufacturing sensor‑based sorting technologies and making a real difference every day.

• Installing, commissioning, maintaining and repairing sensor‑based sorters in TOMRA’s recycling install base
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences through top‑class communication and support using various mediums
• Optimising sorting systems and processes
• Identifying opportunities to add value to customers’ businesses through complementary TOMRA products, solutions and services
• Acting as a conduit between our customer base and HQ by providing in‑market feedback to drive continuous improvement

• Apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (ONC/HNC or equivalent preferred)
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and software systems
• Comfortable working with software, systems and diagnostic tools
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills
• Valid UK driving licence
• Experience in recycling or industrial processing is a plus
• Ideally located within a 60‑mile radius of London to ensure efficient regional coverage
