Position:
Intern – Electrical/RF Engineering.

Location:

Lincoln site.

Start:
August/September 2026.Duration:
Up to 12 months.

Eligibility:
Applicants must be enrolled in a Degree/MSc programme and be eligible for UK Security Clearance.

• Design electronic and RF circuits as part of a multi‑functional team.
• Document and present designs, maintain design logbooks and produce technical reports.
• Transfer products from Engineering to Production, including production documentation.
• Provide production support, fault‑finding and train Test Technicians and senior staff.
• Contribute to design and project reviews, liaise with other departments and provide regular progress reports.
• Participate in Daily Stand‑Up meetings and coordinate own activities against management objectives.
• Assist with customer returns and identify continuous improvements in product design, processes, yield and performance margins.
• Perform other reasonable duties as directed by management.

• Currently pursuing a Degree/MSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Communication Systems Engineering, RF Engineering or Systems Engineering.
• Knowledge of electronic design and manufacturing processes.
• Modules covering RF Engineering are desirable but not essential.
• Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance.
