Client-side Residential Valuation Surveyor - Lincoln
Our client is a specialist lender seeking an experienced Residential Valuation Surveyor to cover the Lincoln area.
You’ll undertake valuations to support lending decisions, with work focused on buy-to-let investment property. Instructions may include HMOs, portfolios, multi-unit properties and student accommodation. You’ll carry out inspections and prepare reports in line with RICS standards and the lender’s criteria.
The indicated basic salary is up to £70,000.

Areas of committed focus:- RICS Valuation Surveyors (UK wide) - short and longer form reporting, private and secured lending, all sectors.

- RICS Building Surveyors (UK wide).
