Management Accountant, Lincoln

Your new company Hays Senior Finance are working with a fast-growing manufacturer in Lincoln to recruit a Management Accountant. Reporting to the senior finance lead, this role plays a key part in delivering accurate management accounts and providing financial insight to support business decisions.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cost and profitability analysis
• Inventory and stock control
• Supporting month-end processes
• Maintaining strong internal controls
• VAT compliance
• Continuous improvement of financial systems and processes

• Part-qualified or qualified (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)
• Proven management accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong stock management expertise
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical ability
• Confidence to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Living within a commutable distance of Lincoln (office-based)
