Description
Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
Assist with the preparation and reconciliation of financial statements.
Support the processing of invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Handle queries related to financial processes and accounts.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Contribute to the preparation of financial reports for stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
Proven knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
A commitment to supporting the goals of the not-for-profit sector.
Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is advantageous.
Job Offer
