Overview
Management Accountant 10‑12 month contract in Lincolnshire. Hays Senior Finance is working with a growing organisation to recruit a Management Accountant for a 10‑12 month fixed‑term contract.
Responsibilities- Prepare monthly management accounts.
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS and provide insightful analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage month‑end processes, including accruals, prepayments, balance‑sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and group reporting.
- Handle VAT and treasury activities and audit/compliance.
- Oversee purchase ledger; ensure accurate invoice processing, maintain supplier relationships and manage payments.
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
- Strong management accounting experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of accounting systems.
- Available at short notice to start and live within commuting distance of Lincolnshire; own transport required due to rural location.
