Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for governance, risk management, and process improvement? I'm currently recruiting for a key opportunity within a growing organisation seeking an Internal Controls & Risk Manager to help strengthen and develop its control environment. This is an opportunity to join a leading brand and work alongside a skilled team of finance professionals.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will take ownership of the organisation's financial and operational controls framework, working closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating risk, driving compliance, supporting internal and external audits, and helping shape end-to-end business processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and enhancing the risk and controls framework
• Leading relationships with internal and external auditors
• Mapping and improving key business processes
• Driving accountability and compliance across the business
• Delivering controls training and promoting best practice governance

This opportunity would suit a qualified finance professional (CPA, CMA, CIA or equivalent) with experience in internal controls, governance, audit, or risk management. You'll have strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, experience with process mapping, and the ability to influence change across a complex organisation.
