Vivid Resourcing Ltd seeks an experienced Programme Manager for Lincolnshire's Local Government Reorganisation (LGR). This interim role is 6 months, inside IR35, paying £500-£600 per day, with extension possibilities as the programme evolves.
You will drive multi-workstream delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear board-level updates to senior leaders. The position requires strong governance, PMO leadership, and public sector delivery experience.
