An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the Offender Health Care Group working at HMP Morton Hall. The role will involve administrative duties for both HMP Morton Hall and Swinderby STHF. The sites are situated next door to each other and within a walkable distance if ever attendance at Swinderby STHF was required.

HMP Morton Hall is a 353 bedded Cat C foreign national offender adult male prison and Swinderby is a 30 bedded short term holding facility for adult males.

To work as part of a team providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Healthcare team.

Main duties of the job

Start times to be agreed.

Input accurate data onto Systm One ensuring timely and accurate reports are provided for the clinical matrons and Head of Healthcare.

Support the clinical team in the organising and facilitation of clinics and diaries, using Systm One rota, ledgers and assignment to caseloads.

Booking and monitoring secondary care outpatient appointments and requests for diagnostic tests.

Liaison with sub-contractor services who provide healthcare provision within the detained estate re: waiting lists, ledgers, and template management.

Processing of subject access requests in accordance with Data Protection Regulations and the GDPR.

Filing, photocopying, scanning and attaching documents into Systm One.

The set up and maintenance of databases.

Attend meetings as a minute taker and responsibility for the production of agenda, minutes, action tracker.

Use of multiple software packages for example, Systm One, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020.
