Responsibilities- Manage and oversee a large nursing home
- Ensure high standards of care and service delivery

- Encourage and support initiative and innovation among staff
- RGN, RMN, or RNLD qualified
- Proven experience managing a large care home
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
