ResponsibilitiesYou will join our thriving research community as a Lecturer in Psychological Health & Wellbeing and contribute to the well‑established Psychological Health and Wellbeing Research Group, focusing on mental health research, intervention development, implementation science, and service improvement—particularly in rural and coastal communities, suicide prevention, and digital mental health. You will teach effectively at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, develop and lead your own research agenda in line with the University research strategy, and prepare for future through a publication record that demonstrates high quality.
Qualifications& Research Interests
You must hold a PhD in a relevant field and be willing to contribute to a thriving research culture in Psychology at the University of Lincoln. We particularly welcome applicants whose research aligns with one or more of the following areas:
- Mental health service access and delivery, including rural and coastal health inequalities
- Psychological processes underlying mental health outcomes, such as resilience, psychological flexibility, or trauma‑informed care
- Suicide prevention and crisis response, particularly for underserved populations
- Co‑production, participatory research, and citizen science approaches in mental health
- Digital and remote mental health interventions, including predictive technologies and implementation research
