Senior Pharmacy Technician

Responsible for delivering, managing and developing management of medicines within Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust.
Lead on the development of a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement, working closely to advise and guide service managers.
Cross‑working with other sectors such as Acute Trust, ICB, Community Pharmacy.
Varied services – Urgent Care, Sexual Health, Community Nursing, Community Hospital Wards, and many more.
Front‑of‑innovation; new ways of working with a growing pharmacy team.
Service delivery includes travel across the multiple sites within LCHS. Base sites – Beech House, Witham Park, Waterside South, Lincoln.
Please note this role will commence no earlier than May 2026.

Qualifications- Qualified Pharmacy Technician registered with GPhC.
- Educated to diploma level 3 or equivalent in a relevant medicines‑related subject or significant equivalent proven experience (degree level).
- NVQ 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of project management.
- Experience in the leadership of staff / teams.
- Experience in a senior role.
- Experience of working in medicine‑related services e.g. community pharmacy, hospital dispensary or medicines‑management service.
