We are looking for a Senior Field Care Supervisor to join our team, overseeing a cluster of bespoke Supported Living services across Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager looking to take the next step into a leadership role supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and behaviours that may challenge.
In this role, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure high-quality, person-centred support is delivered consistently across services. You will provide leadership to care teams, oversee operational delivery, and ensure services remain compliant, safe, and responsive to the needs of the people we support.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of care and support across a cluster of supported living services in Lincoln.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to care teams, ensuring high standards of support are maintained.
- Support with staff recruitment, induction, training and performance management.
- Ensure care plans, risk assessments, PBS plans, hospital passports and support documentation are accurate, reviewed and outcome focused.
- Assist in coordinating staff rotas and staffing levels to meet commissioned hours and service needs.
- Monitor and audit medication, finances, health & safety, and quality assurance documentation.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with the People We Support (PWS), promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
- Support individuals with personal care, community access, appointments, and daily living skills when required.
- Investigate and respond to incidents, complaints, safeguarding, and service concerns.
- Work flexibly across services and support the transition of new or changing services.
- Participate in the regional on-call rota providing leadership support when required.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 year’s experience supporting adults with complex needs within Supported Living.
- Experience in a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy role (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of person-centred care, safeguarding, and CQC standards.
- Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours or behavioural challenges.
- Confident with care management systems (experience with Nourish desirable).
- Excellent organisation, rota management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate teams across multiple services.
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across local services.
