We believe in creating an environment where you can do the most meaningful work of your career. We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead the Autism team.

Upon successful completion of probation, Autism
360 will support you through your ADIR and ADOS training if not already completed. The clinical responsibilities associated with this role are as follows:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong leadership and management of the clinical team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. You will be responsible for the line management of the clinical team ensuring adherence to company policies, processes, clinical governance requirements and regulatory standards. You will be required to support team members in relation to caseload management, clinical capacity and planning of clinical delivery.
  • Have the ability and willingness to hold productive, but challenging conversations, and follow formal processes where your team members are not meeting quality standards or performance targets. You will be responsible for all matters relating to line management including sickness management and performance management, preceptorship and probation.
  • The postholder is required to manage informal resolutions to concerns/complaints received from patients and families. You will assist the patient experience team to respond to formal complaints where an informal resolution has not been successful, which will require an investigation of the concerns and identify opportunities for improvement and a written response. The Team Manager will ensure the implementation of agreed action plans from complaints and patient safety incident reviews.
  • Conduct regular team meetings at a frequency of at least monthly to share knowledge, cascade information from Keys Health, and address challenges. You will use these meetings to enhance team cohesion and ensure a unified approach to patient care, ensuring consistency across Autism
    360 service. Through collaboration with the Deputy Head of Operations, ensure seamless coordination and efficient operations and addressing any issues that may impact patient care or experience.
  • Be the first point of contact for your team members to report and record clinical incidents, taking all necessary actions to ensure the immediate safety of patients, their families and staff.
  • Complete a range of patient safety incident reviews and investigations at the instruction of the Clinical Director or Patient Safety Lead. You will be required to analyse and interpret a range of facts and situations and make appropriate recommendations to learn from the findings of the incident.
  • Experience of overseeing & managing mental health risk &/or safeguarding concerns raised by your team. This must include the ability to contain and support so they can carry out their role efficiently and promote a culture of safe management of risk. You will be the first point of contact for support regarding the management of risk providing advice and guidance and ensuring adherence to the relevant legislative and legal requirements.
