Salary: 26,227 (FTE)

The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance (LNAA) provides lifesaving critical care to the communities of Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire, funded by public donations. If somebody is involved in a serious incident or suddenly taken ill, speed and time are of the essence. Giving a patient the best chance of survival, our Air Ambulance crew effectively take the A&E department to the scene of the emergency.

About the Role

Every lifesaving mission starts with the support of our community. We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Supporter Engagement Administrator to help create outstanding experiences for our supporters. You’ll play a vital role in managing supporter enquiries, processing donations, maintaining accurate records, and helping grow the relationships that fund our 24/7 emergency service.

• Annual Leave of 25 days, which increases by 1additionalday per completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days. in addition to bank holidays (pro rata forpart timestaff)
