Capita is recruiting for Sponsored Reserve Firefighter at RAF Coningsby in Lincoln. The role blends civilian firefighting with military purpose, supporting Defence in the UK and overseas.
You’ll be trained, supported and trusted, with a pathway via a Level 3 Firefighter Apprenticeship if needed. Expect 4 months overseas, 16 months in the UK, and a starting salary of £30,954 rising to £34,823 after training, plus deployment payments and allowances.
