About the Role
Our Children Residential Home at Hawthorn House in Swinderby is looking for night Life Practitioners to join our team. You will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.
To drive the company vehicle, you must hold a full UK driver’s licence or have been driving in the UK for two years or more.
Salary and HoursStarting rates are £12.85 per hour. For those with experience, the rate is £13.85 per hour. Levels are:
Level 1 – £12.85, Level 2 – £13.35, Level 3 – £13.85.
