Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Senior Care Assistant to deliver warm, empathetic care across a 20-mile radius. You will monitor care delivery, contribute to person-centred care plans and record observations such as temperature and blood pressure.
The role also involves providing companionship and meaningful one-to-one time with residents on every shift. You’ll need a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care (with plans to achieve NVQ
3), GCSEs at grade C+ in English and Maths, and access
