What you will do
  • Leverage your haematology and oncology clinical pharmacy experience, including aseptic services, to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Engage in critical clinical checking and actively participate in ward rounds and medicines optimisation.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Be prepared to participate in on-call duties as well as cover weekends and bank holidays as required.
  • Maintain current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) to uphold high standards.
  • Experience in a similar role for a minimum of two years is essential.
  • Although not mandatory, having a driving licence is preferable for this role.
