We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our ambitious andhigh-performing Public Health Team as a Public Health Programme Manager(Domestic Abuse). The role sits at the heart of our place-based system andwill play a critical role in improving outcomes for victims and survivors, strengthening prevention activity and supporting a whole-system response to domestic abuse

We're looking for a strategic and influential leader to drive forward our strategic domestic abuse agenda, shape future services and deliver meaningful change for people affected by domestic abuse across North East Lincolnshire.

What's the role all about?

A s our Public Health Programme Manager (Domestic Abuse), you'll champion and drive forward our high-profile domestic abuse agenda through a public health approach. You will lead the development and delivery of North East Lincolnshire's Domestic Abuse Strategy, driving a whole-system response that strengthens prevention and early intervention, improves support and outcomes for victims and survivors. You will ensure our approach is informed by intelligence and insights, including lived experience and our work is guided by national policy and evidence of what works.

Working across a complex partnership landscape, you will influence policy, strategy, commissioning and service development, ensuring services meet local need and deliver meaningful outcomes for individuals and communities.

You will work with partners across health, housing, community safety, criminal justice, children's and adult services, and the voluntary and community sector toensure delivery ofa coordinated response to domestic abuse and drive lasting system-wide change.

Alongside this, you will provide leadership for the women's health agenda, helping to improve outcomes and reduce health inequalities for women across North East Lincolnshire.
