The role includes managing a clinical caseload, receiving supervision, and delivering Interpersonal Therapy within a multidisciplinary team in Lincoln with potential coverage at other bases as needed.
The Trainee post provides funded IPT training starting November 2026 with progression to Band 6 on successful completion.
