HR Manager - 6 Month Contract (Potential Extension)

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a large organisation in Lincoln on an initial 6-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

Responsibilities

Manage complex employee relations casework including absence, performance, grievance and disciplinary
Provide expert HR advice and coaching to managers
Support organisational change and workforce initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience at HR Manager / HR Business Partner level
Strong knowledge of UK employment law
Confident handling complex ER cases in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Package

£25 - £28 per hour
Initial 6-month contract with likely extension
