Domestic Considerations:
Reserve Service Days (RSDs)

A minimum of 38 RSDs per year is required to deliver a positive output.

Additional Service Days:
Up to 88 Specified Task days are available subject to operational training and routine requirements.

Attendance at one training weekend per month is expected.

Participation in an annual two-week Annual Continuous Training (ACT) period is mandatory.

Attend courses, recruiting events and conferences/meetings at locations away from RAF Digby as required.

• Plan, manage and assist delivery of the Unit recruiting effort.
• Administer and provide assistance to the Unit CoC and the Units recruiting team.
• Provide the Unit CoC with specialist advice on recruiting retention employer support (with RFCA assistance) welfare and staff engagement.
• Coordinate recruit mentoring activity with the recruit mentoring team.
• Act as Unit lead for delivery of Unit G4 requirements for OTT and ACT activities.
• Plan and deliver outreach recruiting events in support of the Unit recruiting plan.
• Foster and maintain close relationships with employers and engagement stakeholders.
• Maintain a Unit personnel risk register and statistical records/data.
• Any other activity commensurate with rank experience and skills as required.
